All plans are monthly rolling subscriptions. We also offer annual billing with 2 months free. Prices exclude applicable taxes which are calculated at checkout.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?
If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you'll be charged £0.25 per additional minute used on the next billing cycle.

What about Enterprise plans?
For businesses with custom requirements or higher call volumes, we offer Enterprise solutions with:

When am I charged?
Billing is monthly and automatic. Your subscription renews each month on the same date you signed up.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime from your Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor, which uses bank-level security to protect your payment information.
