Subject: Call forwarding request for [YOUR LANDLINE NUMBER]
Hi,
Please set up call forwarding on my landline, [YOUR LANDLINE NUMBER].
During my working hours ([YOUR WORKING HOURS, e.g. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm]): forward calls to [YOUR JODIE NUMBER] if they're not answered within 15 seconds.
Outside those hours: forward all calls straight to [YOUR JODIE NUMBER].
Please let me know if there's a charge, and confirm once it's set up.
Thanks,
[YOUR NAME]
Or do it yourself
Open app.heyjodie.com/call-forwarding, pick United Kingdom, Landline and your provider, then dial the code from your landline handset.
Already forward your landline to your mobile?
Keep that. Then set up forwarding on your mobile too. Calls go landline, then mobile, then Jodie if you don't answer. See Forward from a UK mobile.
Turn off forwarding
Ask your provider, or use the off code shown at app.heyjodie.com/call-forwarding.
Test it
Ring your landline from another phone. Don't answer. Jodie should pick up, and the call shows in app.heyjodie.com/calls.
