This is the most common forwarding problem. Your voicemail answers before Jodie can.
Fix it
Turn off voicemail. Ask your network, or check their app.
On an iPhone? Also turn off Live Voicemail in your Phone settings.
Or forward every call. Use your phone's Call Forwarding setting. Calls go straight to Jodie.
Then ring your business number from another phone. Don't answer. Jodie should pick up, and the call shows in app.heyjodie.com/calls.
