How to Set It Up
Go to Settings > Bookings
Turn on the Booking System toggle
Click Edit next to "Booking Link"
Add your booking URL (like your Calendly or booking page link)
Save
That's it! Your booking system is now active.
How It Works
When customers ask about booking appointments, Jodie will automatically offer to send them your booking link via SMS.
They then can click it and book an appointment.
Example conversation:
Customer: "Can I schedule an appointment?"
Jodie: "I can send you our booking link via text message. Would you like me to do that?"
Customer agrees β Jodie sends the SMS with your booking link
What You Need
A working booking system (Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, etc.)
Make sure you include the https ie https://calendly.com/booking-url
The direct URL to your booking page
Note: you can also direct them to a whatsapp URL is that is your preferred way to book in
Common Issues
System shows as "Inactive"? Make sure you've turned on the toggle and added a booking URL.
Customers not getting the SMS? Check that they provided a phone number and your booking link works.
That's all there is to it! Jodie handles the rest automatically.
