Controls how Jodie collects phone numbers during calls.
How it works
OFF (default) Jodie sees the incoming caller ID and asks the caller to confirm the last 3 digits it:
"Is the number ending 123 the best number to reach you on?"
ON Jodie ignores caller ID and asks for the number directly:
"What's the best number to reach you on?"
When to enable
Enable this if:
You forward calls to Jodie (caller ID shows your number, not theirs)
Calls route through a PBX or switchboard
Messages contain incorrect phone numbers
Callers frequently correct the number Jodie reads back
Leave it off if:
Calls come in directly (no forwarding)
Caller ID is usually accurate
You prefer faster calls (confirming is quicker than dictating)
