Jodie is reading back your company number instead of the caller's number.
Cause
Call forwarding. When you forward calls to Jodie, your phone system sends your number as the caller ID. Jodie has no way to know this isn't the caller's actual number.
Common setups where this happens:
Landline call forwarding
PBX / switchboard systems
Virtual numbers with redirects
Hunt groups
Fix
Enable Always ask for full phone number. Jodie will skip caller ID and ask for the number directly.
Go to Smart Questions then Advanced Settings
