Answer calls yourself some days and let Jodie take them on others. Here are two ways.
Option 1: Jodie as your backup (easiest)
Set up forwarding for when you don't pick up. Then forget about it.
Your phone rings first.
Pick up and you take the call like normal.
Don't pick up and Jodie answers.
Set it up at app.heyjodie.com/call-forwarding.
Option 2: Switch it in your phone's settings
Want every call to go to Jodie, like at weekends? Use your phone's Call Forwarding setting.
Turn on Call Forwarding.
Enter your Jodie number from Your Agents Number on your dashboard.
Turn it off when you want to take calls yourself.
Turn all forwarding off
Mobile: dial ##002# and press call.
Landline: ask your provider.
Office or VoIP system: remove the forwarding rule in your phone system's settings.
