Jodie reads back the number the call came from. Sometimes that's not the caller's real number.
Why it happens
The call came through a switchboard or VoIP system.
Your forwarding shows your own number, not the caller's.
The caller withheld their number.
The caller rang from abroad.
Fix it
Open app.heyjodie.com/smart-goals and turn on always asking for the caller's full phone number in the advanced settings. Or ask the Assistant to do it for you.
Jodie will then ask every caller for their number instead of reading one back.
