Custom Greeting

Change how Jodie greets callers when they first call.

Default greeting: "{Business Name}, Jodie speaking - how can I help?"

To Set a Custom Greeting:

  1. Go to Settings > Customise Assistant

  2. Click Edit next to "Custom Greeting"

  3. Enter your custom greeting message

  4. Keep it short and friendly

  5. Save

Example custom greetings:

  • "Hi! You've reached A B C Plumbing, this is Jodie. What can I do for you?"

    • If Jodie says your business name wrong, then please type out phonetically

  • "Hello, Jodie here from Smith & Co. How may I assist you today?"

  • "Thanks for calling Green Gardens! I'm Jodie, how can I help?"

Email Notifications

Set up who gets notified when new calls come in.

To Add Notification Contacts:

  1. In the Contacts section, click Add Contact

  2. Enter the email address

  3. Save

These contacts will receive email notifications whenever a new call is received.

Managing Contacts:

  • Add multiple email addresses for your team

  • Remove contacts by clicking the delete icon

  • All listed contacts get notified for every call

That's it! Jodie will use your custom greeting and send notifications to your chosen contacts.
